Sue Henslee
Administration
Sue Henslee is responsible for all administrative AP and AR. She brings a unique perspective with 10 years of sales experience and 15 years of administrative experience. Prior to joining Britton BMI in 2016, Henslee oversaw all administrative duties for a global facilities management and maintenance company serving both the commercial and educational markets.

Aaron Fowler
Account Executive
Since 2016, Aaron Fowler has been overseeing all daily account management responsibilities for an assigned portfolio of accounts at Britton BMI. Having spent 4 years in supply sales and operational logistics, he also serves as our resident supply solutions specialist. He previously worked as an outside sales representative for a global industry supplier.

Kendra Yanchak
Account Executive
Kendra Yanchak joined the team in late 2019 and is responsible for managing accounts and relationships of an assigned portfolio. She has more than 15 years of experience in business operations, sales, leadership development and customer service. Prior to joining Britton BMI, she served as an Executive responsible for building teams and leveraging strategic partnerships to run successful Health and Wellness facilities.

Jean-Michel Barbosa
President / Owner
Jean-Michael Barbosa handles all estimates and operations for CleanServe Pro, Britton BMI’s sister company that provides commercial construction cleaning. Barbosa served in the French Navy before receiving his degree in accounting and moving to the United States. He began working in property management, and served as a property manager/accountant for several multi-family properties before joining CleanServe Pro in 2016. He is multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.

Melissa McArther
Business / Development
Melissa McArthur handles business development and sales. She has more than 10 years of experience executing company B2B sales and operational objectives. Before coming to Britton BMI in 2018, she managed a team that was responsible for contract compliance, implementation, and delivery in the medical industry.
